At Diuty we work every day to improve your experience in the store. We want you to feel at home.
Very soon we are going to launch an express delivery service so that you receive your orders in the shortest time possible without having to pay any extra charges on shipping costs.
We offer free shipping worldwide (see below for countries where we do not currently ship) for an amount greater than the amount indicated on the top bar or the equivalent in other currencies.
In the event that your free shipment has been sent and for some reason has not been collected at the agreed address, it will be made available for collection at the post office nearest your location. If after 15 days it has not been picked up, it will be returned to our facilities.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders from Monday to Friday and normally take between 3 and 5 days to be sent once payment has been received.
Please understand that we may take a few more days if the order is purchased during the weekend or holiday period
In order to offer you low prices on all our products we have decided not to work with intermediaries and many of our items are processed and shipped directly from our manufacturer.
The standard shipping time is approximately 7 to 14 working days. As a variable, some products are specified as fast shipping, it will come in the description or title of the product.
In specific cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Black Monday, Christmas, etc...) or logistics issues, shipping may take 3 to 4 weeks.
If your order has not arrived before 35 days, please contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org writing the word 'Shipping' in the subject and we will solve it immediately.
We offer shipments to everyone except these countries or communities.

Taxes and Fees
Import taxes, tariffs and related customs duties may be charged once the product arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Diuty. For more details on charges, please contact your country's customs office.
Transactions in other currencies
If your credit card account is in a currency other than Euros, it is possible that the price at the exchange rate is not exactly the one marked on our website, depending on the quotation of each bank. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction policies. We are not responsible for any charges your bank or credit card company may make. For more information on foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
Loss and damage in transport
Diuty works in cooperation with international transport companies such as: FedEx, UPS, DHL, MRW and Correos España. It is not very common, but sometimes it is normal that packages get lost.
As they are companies outside Diuty, we cannot control the logistics management of these companies, so we cannot take care of lost packages.
That is why we can offer an unlimited insurance in case of loss or damage in transport. This unlimited insurance, you can hire it in the final process of your purchase.
